In Spaghetti, a machine compresses a spaghetti with precision in order to reach an unavoidable breaking point. As the spectator watches it, he or she has the feeling that his or her own psychological and bodily tension is transferred to the machine and that, in a way, he or she is experiencing the body under technological pressure.
Dans Spaghetti, une machine compresse un spaghetti avec précision de manière à atteindre un point de rupture inévitable. En le regardant, le spectateur a le sentiment de voir sa propre tension psychologique et corporelle transférée à la machine et de vivre, en quelque sorte, l’expérience du corps soumis à la pression technologique.
